Major League Baseball & Starlight

Knocking it out of the park with MLB

Major League Baseball (MLB) and Starlight have a partnership of delivering happiness to hospitalized kids across the US. Each September, in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, MLB teams up with Starlight to provide programs to local hospitals in Club markets.

This September, all 30 Clubs will be donating a Starlight Nintendo Switch Handheld or a Starlight Virtual Reality Headset to their local children's hospital or pediatric cancer unit.

Learn how you can help Starlight continue delivering happiness to hospitalized kids today.

Elijah received his Cincinnati Reds-themed Starlight Gown from 3 Reds players. They painted and played games together. Elijah had just been diagnosed with cancer and had a major surgery – meeting these guys was a great memory from a long hospitalization.
